REPLACEMENT CAR

In the event of car breakdown, is a replacement car provided?

Yes, in the event that the car you rent has problems requiring technical interventions, we will provide you with the best replacement solution to continue your holiday as best as possible; even in the event of an accident.




UNEXPECTED

If I lose my keys, what happens?

In case of loss of the car keys, contact FP RENT on 3271044188 for emergency assistance, you will be entitled to a replacement car. You will be charged for losing the key.




SAFETY

Are your vehicles checked before rental?

Our vehicles are checked as soon as they return to the office, we carry out interventions such as: oil, antifreeze fluid, windshield wiper fluid, tire pressure and general check up of the car, as well as the state of the interior and exterior. However, the customer undertakes to monitor the state of the vehicle during the rental period as normal use of a car and to report any anomalous conditions to FP RENT so that it can intervene promptly.




LIMITATIONS

Can I use the car to travel beyond the regional border of Sardinia?

No, it is absolutely forbidden to cross the Sardinian regional borders, unless expressly authorized and by prior agreement with the FP RENT staff.




SANCTIONS AND CONTRACTS

What if I were to receive a fine?

In the event that the lessor is stopped at a checkpoint for any infringements committed, he will naturally be able to provide the regular documents of the rented vehicle and will have to provide his driving license and personal data for any fines to be paid and/or points to be deducted in case of an Italian citizen; or other sanctions if foreseen in their form for persons with foreign citizenship. In any case the driver of the vehicle must immediately inform PC RENT. However, if FP RENT is notified of a report after some time, the staff will verify who was in possession of the car on the day, who will be promptly informed for the payment of any fine and additional sanctions which will be notified to him.




RETURN OF THE VEHICLE

How should I return the vehicle?

The vehicle must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our vehicles. We include return washing in the price but we still ask for correct and civil maintenance of the vehicle in terms of hygiene and cleanliness. We request the return of the vehicle with the same fuel level with which it was delivered.
